TSL GmbH invites applications for a senior Lifting Director to oversee all lifting operations at project sites across EMEA. You will plan, supervise, and continuously improve lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will lead the crane team, manage competence and training, coordinate logistics with other trades, and deliver high-quality, on-time installations of precast elements with a strong focus on quality and value for money.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in planning and supervising lifting operations.
• Ability to lead crane teams and oversee training/certifications.
• Knowledge of inspection, maintenance and documentation of lifting equipment.

Aufgaben

• Assess, plan and supervise all lifting operations and update plans and risk assessments.
• Lead crane team, oversee competence assessments and required training.
• Ensure inspection, maintenance and documentation of lifting equipment and accessories.
• Coordinate logistics for precast components with crane operations and site trades.
• Ensure safety and structural stability across all precast installation activities.
• Document installation processes and quality inspections.
