Job summary

TGW Logistics is seeking a Sales Manager Lifetime Services to craft tailor-made service concepts for automated systems and guide customers from first ideas to contracts. You will merge technical insight with commercial thinking and align with our plant sales and service experts to deliver sustainable daily value.

You will manage workshops, lead negotiations, and coordinate with Remote, Field, On-Site, Training, Spare Parts and Digital Services.

Qualifications

• You have experience in technical sales, service sales, after sales or key account management.
• You have very good knowledge of German and good English, at least at B2 level.
• You see international customer contacts and a travel activity of around 20 percent as an enriching part of your job.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailor-made service concepts for new and existing automated systems.
• Accompany customers during the sales phase and represent Lifetime Services.
• Analyze customer requirements with the plant sales department and translate them into convincing, economically viable service offerings.
• Coordinate cooperation with departments such as Remote Services, Field Services, On-Site Services, Training, Spare Parts and Digital Services.
• Conduct customer workshops, present service concepts and accompany commercial and contractual negotiations.
• Prepare calculations, concept presentations, offers and service contracts.
• Ensure a structured handover to service and key account management teams after contract closure.
• Contribute to the further development of sales processes, calculation models and service offerings.
