Arbeitsagentur in Villach, Austria, invites an experienced recruiter to join our corporate hiring teams across Villach and Salzburg. You will support end-to-end recruiting activities and help build talent pipelines.

You will review applications, create shortlists, source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and market trends. Fluency in English and German is required.

Qualifikationen

• HAK diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years of professional experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities.
• Experience sourcing candidates and screening talent for a variety of roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally SuccessFactors.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, empathy, and openness to giving and receiving feedback.

Aufgaben

• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and talent communities
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs
• Engage candidates through outreach campaigns and maintain a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data and take over the administrative hiring processes in our systems (SAP)
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely candidate communication and follow-up
• Support employer branding initiatives, job advertisements, university relations, career fairs, and recruitment projects
• Track sourcing effectiveness and provide insights to continuously improve recruiting outcomes

What We're Offering

This position is subject to https://www.metalltechnischeindustrie.at/fileadmin/content/Dokumente/Kollektivvertrag/KV-2025_2026/FMTI_Mindesgehaltstabelle_2025.pdf in the occupation group E-F. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.

The candidate for this position will be hired through a third party agency.

WORKING HOURS

Flexitime model 38,5 hours/week, Core hours (Mo-Th 9-15, Fr 9-11:30)
