Qualifikationen

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong background in operations and production.
• Experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead lean initiatives across production, logistics, maintenance and quality.
• Drive improvements using 5S, VSM, SMED and Yamazumi.
• Identify productivity, cost, quality and lead-time gains in high-volume production.
• Coach managers and shopfloor teams in lean tools and problem solving.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and implement countermeasures.
• Collaborate with quality, production, maintenance, supply chain, engineering and EHS.
• Promote discipline, safety and fact-based decision making.
