The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 8+ years in production management or industrial engineering, leadership experience, and expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and production planning systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in production management or industrial engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance overall production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Lead and mentor a team of industrial engineers and production supervisors, setting clear performance objectives.
