Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IE, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Excellence, or Factory Planning.
• Experience supporting manufacturing environments and production operations.
• Experience with data analysis, process improvement, and productivity optimization.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain factory capacity models, labor forecasts, and resource planning scenarios.
• Perform data-driven analysis to identify bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for site and global stakeholders.
• Lead cleanroom optimization activities including layouts, equipment placement, and line balancing.
• Drive 6S implementation and sustainment.
• Support manufacturing flow improvements, space utilization, and ergonomic assessments.
