Zusammenfassung

Hilti Corporation in Austria (Vorarlberg) invites a part-time Plant Lean Specialist to drive continuous improvement across the local manufacturing team. You will develop lean roadmaps, coach leaders, and embed lean mindsets from plant to enterprise with Global Logistics, After Market Service, Product Development, and suppliers.

You hold a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; a Master’s and Lean certifications are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant degree; Master’s is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean methods/tools.
• Fluent in German and English; strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize activities and deliver results in a structured way.
• Integrative and cooperative personality able to inspire others.

Aufgaben

• Actively drive improvement projects within Plant Manufacturing Team.
• Develop measures with employees and managers to optimize processes.
• Draw up a LEAN roadmap and prioritize/implement measures.
• Partner with local leadership to embed lean methodologies.
• Coach and train managers and operators in LEAN tools.
• Engage with LEAN community for best practices.
