Clera, a fast-growing AI-powered business communication SaaS, seeks an in-house SEO lead to own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution. You’ll drive growth from DACH to global markets, collaborating with Marketing, Website, and Engineering to optimize structure, content, and rankings.

You will manage a monthly SEO budget, guide external agencies, and own the holistic SEO roadmap with a hands-on approach to technical and content optimization.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-time SEO ownership with measurable ranking improvements.
• Experience leading SEO strategy across multiple international markets.
• Hands-on technical SEO covering site structure and crawlability.
• Experience managing SEO budgets and external agencies.
• Strong copywriting skills for high-ranking content.

Aufgaben

• Build and execute a full SEO strategy across markets, starting with DACH.
• Guide website and engineering on site architecture and technical SEO.
• Lead keyword research and competitive analysis including AI search tools.
• Write and commission SEO-optimized content for priority queries.
• Manage a monthly SEO budget of 20,000–30,000 EUR with agencies oversight.
