LOOP® is seeking an SEO/GEO Manager to shape organic and AI-search visibility across an international brand portfolio. You will collaborate with strategy, tech, content and data teams to turn a rapidly shifting search landscape into clear opportunities and measurable growth.

The role requires hands-on SEO expertise, strong technical and analytical skills, and fluent English with native-level German. Hybrid work in Austria with a focus on Salzburg or Vienna.

Competenze

• Own Search Strategy across international client accounts from research to reporting.
• Master Technical SEO including crawlability, indexation, site architecture and Core Web Vitals.
• Win in AI Search across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and emerging platforms.
• Build Search-First Content with copywriters and creative teams.
• Turn Data into Direction using GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs and Rankscale.
• Lead with Clarity by presenting strategies and facilitating workshops.
• Bring several years of hands-on SEO experience with fluent English and native-level German.

• Own Search Strategy. Lead integrated SEO and GEO roadmaps across international client accounts, from research and audits through implementation, optimization and reporting.
• Master Technical SEO. Analyze and improve crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data, Core Web Vitals and overall performance.

• Build Search-First Content. Collaborate with copywriters and creatives to optimize topical authority and content experiences.

• Lead with Clarity. Present strategies, run workshops, and set clear priorities for clients and teams.
• Bring Proven Expertise. Several years of hands-on SEO experience, agency-side ideal, with strong technical and analytical skills and English/German fluency.
