Keyrock is a leading crypto market maker seeking a Head of Engineering for the Options team. You will lead the Options Engineering group, driving improvements in automated quoting, execution, risk controls, and platform reliability.

Based in European time zones or the US East Coast, you will mentor a team of about 7 engineers, shape architecture, and collaborate with traders, quants, risk, and product to deliver robust trading systems with latency and safety in mind.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency trading.
• Strong hands-on experience with Rust, C++, or C.
• Willingness to become deeply proficient in Rust.
• Deep understanding of algorithmic options trading, including quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls.
• Experience with production-grade low-latency trading systems and crypto exchange connectivity.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow an Options Engineering team of around 7 engineers.
• Provide technical direction across trading infrastructure, system design, performance, reliability, and risk controls.
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, product, and infrastructure stakeholders.
• Balance technical leadership with delivery ownership and operational discipline.
