ANDRITZ in Graz seeks a Team Leader to manage the Pulp Drying Automation Group within Pulp & Paper Automation and Digitalization. You will lead and develop the team, drive project execution, and shape internal processes and products for customers and sales support.

You bring 10+ years in automation/electrification engineering or project management, a relevant degree, and strong leadership to deliver complex investments and HR development. English and German are working languages.

Competenze

• 10+ years in automation/electrification engineering or project eng/management.
• Degree in Automation, Electrification, or Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluent in English and German (working language).
• Preferably knowledge of Pulp Drying systems.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the automation engineering team in line with strategy and values.
• Manage team budgeting and resource allocation.
• Drive improvements in team functions, productivity and competitiveness.
• Arrange engineering and site resources efficiently for projects.
• Collaborate with all Andritz entities and companies.
• Oversee AEI-related project execution activities.
• Participate in project reviews and engineering reviews within the department.
• Ensure competitive cost estimations for AEI engineering in sales projects.
