Qualifikationen

• University degree in a civil engineering discipline or similar technical field.
• At least 3 years on-site experience, leading position would be a plus.
• Experience in construction of complex industrial projects (turn-key and/or CP projects).
• In-depth knowledge of EHS policies, regulations, and plans for on-site works.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English and German.
• Ability to execute energy projects of several months or long-term duration.

Aufgaben

• Overall responsibility for the defined scope of civil works with regard to safe execution, ensuring quality requirements, timely completion and cost-efficient execution
• Contribute as part of the civil team, reporting to the Civil site manager
• Supervise subcontractors for civil construction activities through regular site inspections, coordination meetings, progress tracking, and quality oversight
• Ensure compliance with the requirements, regulations and procedures governing occupational environmental health and safety (EHS) and promotes and leads the Zero Harm
• Ensure correct and timely site progress measurement using standardized tools for the relevant scope along with Contractors and consortium partners
