Zusammenfassung

SQUER in Vienna is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect/Cloud Strategy Lead to guide customers through large-scale cloud transformations. You design secure, scalable architectures across AWS, GCP, Azure, and hybrid environments, balancing hands-on IaC with strategic leadership.

You’ll collaborate with executives, steer project delivery, and represent SQUER at conferences. Fluent in English and German, you’ll mentor teams and shape cloud strategy, architecture reviews, and best-practice governance.

Your tasks

• Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their cloud transformation journey.
• Enterprise-Scale Solutions: Lead the design and execution of highly complex and large-scale cloud infrastructures.
• Hands-on Expertise: While primarily strategic, you stay technically sharp and can step in when needed to ensure solutions are well-architected and efficiently implemented.
• Infrastructure as Code: Maintain the ability to write and review Terraform, Pulumi, or other IaC solutions to support technical decision-making.

We believe in transparent and fair compensation. For this role, the annual gross salary ranges between € 95.000 and € 105.000 – the exact placement depends on the seniority level we assess together during the process.
