Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or related field.
• Hands-on PCB assembly or electronics lab experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, PCB design, and automated assembly tech.
• Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium/Cadence/Eagle.
• Interest in automation, process optimization, and programming.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize PCB assembly processes using manual SMD soldering and automated equipment.
• Drive setup, programming, and continuous improvement of SMT workflows, including pick & place and reflow.
• Perform PCB testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis to ensure quality.
• Design and review PCB layouts using industry-standard EDA tools.
• Develop and implement automation to increase lab efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and process standards.
