Job summary

OpenResearch is seeking an experienced Mobile Development Lead to guide and grow a talented team in a fast-paced environment in Vienna, Austria. You will define project scope, manage timelines, assign tasks, and ensure code quality while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to deliver robust mobility solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in mobile development, proven leadership, and proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Swift, and SwiftUI, with fluency in German and English.

Qualifications

• Define project scope, set realistic deadlines, and manage project timelines effectively.
• Responsible for assigning tasks to team members.
• Regularly review code to ensure quality and standards.
• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Manage tools and resources efficiently to ensure the team can work effectively and meet project goals.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and clients or stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Monitor and report project progress.
