Hitachi Rail Austria invites a Product Owner / Lead for the DevOps Team to guide a skilled DevOps Scrum team in building a robust, highly available railway platform. You will drive cloud-native components, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring across multi-site teams.

The role requires a technical degree and hands-on experience with containerization, orchestration, and automation. German and English proficiency are essential; Vienna location with flexible hours and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in IT related field required.
• Experience in DevOps leadership and agile environment.
• Knowledge of cloud and virtualization techs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.

Responsibilities

• Technical leading of DevOps Scrum Team
• Develop and optimize an on-premise full-stack platform for railway products
• Support cloud-native app development and deployment
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Design robust diagnostics and monitoring system
• Collaborate in distributed agile team
