Zusammenfassung

SimCorp is seeking an AI Enablement professional to lead the development and governance of a centralized catalog of reusable AI components, including prompt libraries and agent templates. You will partner with AI Solution Engineers to productize reusable assets for enterprise use.

Ideally, you have 5+ years in software/AI roles, strong Python and Azure skills, and experience in agile environments, communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software development, AI/ML engineering, or a technical product management role.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications and automation in enterprise settings.
• Strong understanding of LLM-based architectures, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI agent frameworks.
• Proficient in Python; APIs, cloud platforms (Azure), and enterprise AI tooling.
• Experience managing technical asset libraries or internal platforms focused on reuse.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Aufgaben

• Own the development, curation, and distribution of a centralized catalog of reusable AI components.
• Define and promote standards and governance for reusable assets.
• Collaborate with AI Solution Engineers to productize components with reuse potential.
• Manage the lifecycle of the component catalog from intake to deprecation.
• Act as a technical authority on AI development patterns and best practices.
• Ensure catalog components adhere to infrastructure, security, and compliance standards.
• Monitor usage and gather feedback to improve quality and relevance.
• Contribute to the broader AI Enablement community with knowledge sharing.
