Team Prometheus builds AI-enabled capabilities that help clients and internal users get better insight from post trade data. The team works at the intersection between enterprise data, AI applications, and client-facing product innovation. We are looking for a new colleague to our agile team, who can take a leading role in designing, building, and evolving our agentic application. This is a role for an experienced engineer who combines strong C#/.NET skills with practical understanding of AI, LLM-based systems, data integration, and responsible software delivery. You will help turn complex client and product needs into scalable, maintainable, and reusable capabilities. You will work closely with engineers, product stakeholders, architects, and other AI specialists to build solutions that are reliable, secure, testable, and suitable for enterprise use. As an agile team member, you will not only deliver code. You will influence architecture, raise engineering standards, and help shape how our AI applications are built and operated in a regulated financial technology context. AI will play an important role both in what we build and how we build. We actively explore modern engineering practices and AI-assisted development workflows, including tools such as Claude Code, to support experimentation, learning, and implementation speed. We value people who care deeply about creating meaningful solutions — not only from a technical perspective, but also from a user and business perspective. We are looking for curious, creative, and collaborative engineers who want to help shape both products and ways of working.
What matters most is a strong engineering foundation, relevant AI understanding, and the ability to lead technical work with clarity, curiosity, and responsibility.
