Crewlink Ireland Limited is hiring cabin crew for Vienna, Austria. No prior cabin crew experience is required; successful candidates will undergo training to deliver safe, professional inflight service on Ryanair Group flights.

You must meet the EU work eligibility criteria, enjoy customer interaction, and be ready for shifts that start early or end late. Selected trainees will receive free cabin crew training and will join a rostering system with competitive compensation and staff travel perks

What to Expect?

Life as Cabin Crew is exciting, fast-paced, and rewarding. It is also a demanding role where safety is always our number one priority.

You will be required to work both early and late shifts, with reporting times as early as 5:00 AM and finishes that may extend until midnight.

As part of the recruitment process, all candidates must complete:

• An English proficiency assessment
• A situational judgement test

• Applicant must hold the unrestricted right to live and work in the EU and travel freely to all destinations in the Ryanair network
• It helps if you are hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality
• Flexible and adaptable to work a shift roster- not afraid of early starts and late nights
• The unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
• You must be between 5\"2(157 cm) and 6\"2 (188 cm) in height
• The ability to swim 25 meters unaided
• Comfortable speaking and writing in English with ease
