Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in biology or related field with practical lab experience.
• Experience with typical life science lab instrumentation is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English; German skills are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Work closely with research groups to plan, implement and maintain central services for life science labs.
• Procure, maintain and operate facility equipment with a focus on histology and tissue culture.
• Develop, provide and monitor training and technical support on facility equipment to users.
• Develop, implement and monitor laboratory infrastructure services in line with Austrian legislation.
• Coordinate laboratory construction and reconstruction to ensure efficient operations.
• Conceive and implement rules, guidelines and SOPs.
