At Zoku, we’re not your typical hotel. We’re a community-driven space where people can live, work, socialize, and connect with the city around them. As a Kitchen Helper, you’ll be the backbone of our Living Kitchen.
You’ll make sure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes by keeping the kitchen (both front and back of house) spotless, organized, and in line with HACCP regulations. You’ll handle all dishwashing, deep cleaning, incoming deliveries and ensuring everything runs efficiently so our guests receive great food in a clean and welcoming environment. And most of all help with basic food preparation, mis en place as instructed by chefs so that our chefs can focus on creating food that keeps guests coming back for more.
You’ll work alongside our chefs and Head Chef across mornings, mids and evenings. Because hospitality never stands still, flexibility is part of the role.
