FCC CEE GmbH is seeking a Junior Legal Counsel (f/m/d) to join the Austrian headquarters. You will closely support the Head of Group Legal and Head of Compliance, provide legal guidance across Austria and the CEE region, and help advance our compliance program. • Monitor legal and regulatory developments and their impact.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements.
• Coordinate with external legal advisors.

To strengthen our Legal Team at our Austrian headquarters, we are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel (f/m/d).

About the Role

Your responsibilities:

• Close coordination and cooperation with the Head of Group Legal and Head of Compliance
• Providing legal advice and support for group companies in Austria and the CEE region and collaborating with internal departments on all legal matters
• Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the compliance management system
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the group
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating and liaising with external legal advisors

Your profile:

• Completed law degree (Law or Business Law)
• Solid knowledge of Austrian law
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style
• Open, communicative and solution-oriented personality
• Enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and advising specialists and managers
• Interest in working in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent German and English skills, additional language skills, especially CEE languages, are an advantage

Pay range and compensation package:

For this position, we offer a gross annual salary starting at € 56,000. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are prepared to offer a significantly higher salary. The position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the freight transport industry.
