FCC CEE GmbH in Austria seeks a qualified lawyer to strengthen the Legal Team at the Austrian headquarters. You will provide legal advice to group companies in Austria and the CEE region, manage compliance, and draft and review contracts with customers, suppliers and partners.

The role requires solid Austrian law knowledge, German and English fluency, and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in intercultural teams.

Qualifications

• Completed law degree (Law or Business Law).
• Solid knowledge of Austrian law.
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style.
• Open, communicative and solution-oriented personality.
• Enjoy collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and advising specialists and managers.
• Interest in working in intercultural and interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent German and English skills, additional language skills, especially CEE languages, are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Close coordination and cooperation with the Head of Group Legal and Head of Compliance
• Providing legal advice and support for group companies in Austria and the CEE region and collaborating with internal departments on all legal matters
• Supporting the implementation, maintenance, and further development of the compliance management system
• Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and assessing their impact on the group
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating and liaising with external legal advisors
