Q·ADVISERS is a Vienna-based investment and corporate finance boutique, active across a wide range of asset classes including private and public equities, real estate (Q·REAL), renewable energy (SQ·ENERGY) and through its listed Family Office Investment Holding Q·CAPITAL.
As a family-run company, we pride ourselves on our friendly and supportive culture, where professionalism meets a positive team spirit. We offer a great place to work and an inspiring platform to grow: you’ll gain exposure to the worlds of finance, real estate and renewable energy. With tailor‑made trainings and a culture of open communication, we encourage every team member to take initiative, bring in fresh ideas, and actively shape the future with us.
We are looking for an early‑career colleague based in Vienna who speaks German and English at a professional level and wants to build a career at the intersection of investment management and financial controlling.
You will work closely with both teams, supporting the day‑to‑day administration and analysis of our investment portfolio. This is a junior role with guidance and training: we do not expect you to have done everything on the list below. We are looking for a strong foundation in finance and accounting, an interest in financial modelling and portfolio management, and the curiosity to learn.
We’re looking for someone with curiosity, charater, initiative, and a willingness to learn — someone who brings fresh ideas while being careful and reliable in their day‑to‑day work.
Some relevant practical experience, for example through an internship, working student position, or first professional role in finance, accounting, audit, investments, or advisory, would be welcome.
You do not need extensive experience: we will support you in developing the skills needed for the role.
Please note that professional proficiency in both German and English and regular availability to work from Vienna are essential for this role.
