The role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and close processes, with collaboration across finance and operational teams. A strong Excel foundation and willingness to take ownership are essential.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in Finance, Controlling, or Data Analytics is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting or consolidation tools (HFM, Datarails) preferred.

Aufgaben

• Analyze operational KPIs, manufacturing performance, and production costs across international operations.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations for stakeholders.
• Transform data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.
• Partner with operational teams to understand cost drivers and trends for decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses for management and business leaders.
