BOC Group in Vienna seeks a frontend designer/developer to shape the ADOGRC UI. You will build web applications for various devices in a Kanban team, crafting user flows and layouts with wireframes and prototypes in close collaboration with product specialists and developers.

The role emphasizes responsive, accessible micro-frontends, reusable components in React and TypeScript, and linking UI to backend services with automated tests.

Qualifikationen

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design.
• Experience with React and TypeScript (from job, internship, studies or personal projects).
• Detail-oriented in layout, typography and interaction design.
• Completed or ongoing studies in computer science, media informatics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit, Figma or Storybook is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and strong user experience focus.
• Good English skills (written and spoken); German is a plus.

Your role

• Conception and design of our business software ADOGRC
• Development and implementation of web applications for different devices in the Kanban team
• Design of user flows, screen layouts and interactions using sketches, wireframes or prototypes, in close cooperation with product specialists and developers
• Implementation of responsive and accessible micro-frontends and reusable components in React and TypeScript based on our design system
• Connection of the user interface to backend services and quality assurance through automated tests
• Use of AI-assisted development tools as an integral part of the daily work

Your profile

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design
• First practical experience with React and TypeScript (from a job, internship, studies or personal projects)
• An eye for detail in layout, typography and interaction design
• Completed or ongoing studies in computer science, media informatics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, Redux Toolkit, Figma or Storybook is a plus
• Enthusiasm for good user experience and the willingness to continuously learn
• Good English skills (both oral and in writing), German is a plus

The present position is offered for a minimum gross salary of 2,600 EUR/month (subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for a full-time employment). Higher payment according to qualification and experience is possible.
