ANEXIA Internetdienstleistungs GmbH in Austria seeks a customer support specialist to handle netcup inquiries, provide product guidance, and be the first point of contact for IT questions from our customers.

After an intensive training phase, you will understand our services, work with a professional international team, and engage with customers via phone and ticket system. Fluent German and good English, independent work, and strong service orientation are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training or relevant experience in support.
• Basic knowledge in IT protocols and mail services (FTP, IMAP, POP3, SMTP, SSH).
• Experience in web hosting, domains or virtual servers is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• You are the first point of contact for IT questions and problems of our customers.
• You are responsible for netcup customer support and product consulting (no sales!)
• Your area of responsibility includes accepting and processing all inquiries via phone and ticket system.
