Job summary

BMW Group Salzburg invites you to join our Internship Purchasing for a 6‑month period. You will actively support international IT tenders, independently lead purchasing projects, and coordinate between markets across Southern and Eastern Europe.

You will manage orders, contracts, onboarding and administration, gaining valuable insights in a hands‑on setting. We expect studies in economics or law or related fields, strong German and English skills, and solid MS Office abilities

Qualifications

• Advanced German and English language skills.
• Advanced or completed studies in economics, law or related studies.
• Good team and communication skills.
• MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint; SAP skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support international IT tenders and procurement initiatives.
• Independently lead purchasing projects and ensure their successful execution.
• Coordinate between markets and departments across Southern and Eastern Europe.
• Oversee order and contract management, including supplier onboarding and administration.
