Henkel in Austria’s capital is seeking a motivated student for a six-month internship in regional purchasing. You will screen market trends, analyze data, and support negotiations with suppliers while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

The role offers a hybrid work model, a structured onboarding buddy system, meal allowance, and a competitive gross salary of €2,854 per month for full-time interns, with extension possibilities to 12 months.

Qualifications

• Active student of business administration or related studies.
• Strong MS-Office skills, especially Excel.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills; other CEE languages a plus.
• Proactive with ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Interest in development in an international purchasing environment.

Responsibilities

• Screen market trends and analyze data with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Collect and analyze offers; prepare for regional/local negotiations.
• Support innovative and environmentally friendly projects (e.g., eMobility, smart office).
• Test and use digital sourcing tools to improve daily tasks.
• Embed strategy into daily sourcing and monitor supplier assessments.
