Job summary

BMW Group Salzburg offers an internship in Purchasing where you will actively support international IT tenders and procurement initiatives from day one. You will independently lead purchasing projects, coordinating between markets and departments across Southern and Eastern Europe.

The role includes order and contract management, supplier onboarding and administration, with a chance to contribute ideas in a dynamic campus environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced or completed studies in economics, law or related studies. IT background or passion represents a plus.
• Advanced German and English language skills.
• Good team and communication skills.
• Good user skills in MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint. SAP skills represents a plus.

Responsibilities

• Play an active role in supporting international IT tenders and procurement initiatives.
• Independently lead purchasing projects and ensure their successful execution.
• Serve as support in the coordination between markets and departments throughout Southern and Eastern Europe.
• Oversee order and contract management, including supplier onboarding and administration.
