Job summary

Proactive Global in Austria is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to own IT projects from planning through delivery, collaborating with software, IT and engineering teams as well as customers and stakeholders.

You will coordinate timelines, risks and resources, ensure quality and governance, and contribute to continuous improvement in an international, hybrid work environment with relocation to Austria considered.

Qualifications

• Several years' experience managing IT/software projects.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of software development and IT environments.
• Experience managing project timelines, risks, dependencies and resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A structured and organised approach to project delivery.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment.
• Strong English communication skills, German is a plus.
• Experience within logistics, warehouse automation, WMS, WCS, supply chain or industrial technology.

The company delivers large-scale warehouse automation, logistics and software solutions for major customers across Europe and globally. This is an opportunity to work on complex technology projects within a highly technical and international environment.

The Role

As an IT Project Manager, you will take ownership of IT projects from planning through to successful delivery, working closely with internal technical teams, customers and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing timelines and priorities, identifying risks and ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality and business objectives.
