EV Group in Austria seeks an IT Key User to bridge Data Analysis & Modelling, Process Technology, Software Design and IT for cleanroom equipment. With training and authorization, you’ll enable daily operations to run independently with minimal support.

You’ll manage onboarding of OT devices, risk assessments, access rights, backups, equipment management, software upgrades, lifecycle administration and incident handling.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to act as interface between IT, Data Analysis & Modelling and production teams.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, software applications and production equipment.
• Experience with risk assessments, access control and remote support is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze root causes for sustainable fixes.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Onboard new OT devices: procurement, licenses, accounts, networking, IT security.

• Manage hardware/software lifecycles: firmware/OS versions, upgrades.

To strengthen our Data Analysis & Modelling team, we are seeking a qualified IT specialist.

As anIT Key User, you will serve as the central interface between Data Analysis & Modelling, Process Technology, Software Design, and IT for cleanroom equipment. With the necessary training and authorizations, you will ensure that daily operations can be handled independently and without ongoing support.

Primary responsibilities:

Support for onboarding new OT devices, including procurement, license and account management, network connectivity, and the implementation of IT security requirements

Assistance with risk assessments, as well as the management of access rights and remote support

Ensuring backupsare performed for both equipment and data

Oversight of Equipment Management, including network connectivity, data integration, standardization efforts, and configuration management

Support for software upgrades, including planning, image creation, and the preparation and partial execution of updates

Management of hardware and software lifecycles, involving the administration of firmware and OS versions and the coordination of system upgrades

Troubleshooting and restorationof equipment functionality using system images

Coordination of incident handlingwith both internal and external points of contact

Administration and maintenanceof the equipment inventory, documentation, maintenance activities, license status, and lifecycle processes

Requirements:

• Completed IT education(e.g., HTL in Computer Science or Certified IT Specialist for System Integration) accompanied by several years of professional experience
• Strong communication skillsto act as an effective interface between Data Analysis & Modeling, Process Technology, Software Design, and IT
• Technical understandingof IT systems, software applications, and production equipment
• Experience in troubleshootingand systematic error analysis to quickly identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style

We prefer to discuss salary in person, but we can reveal this much: We naturally align with market-standard salaries - meaning that, depending on the position and education, an above-collective agreement salary is possible right from the start. For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of at least 47.600 EUR. Depending on qualifications and experience, we can also offer more!
