Facility Technician for HVAC Systems (m/f/d)

To maintain and service our operational buildings at our headquarters in St. Florian am Inn, we are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and resilient Facility Technician for HVAC systems (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary) – preferably with a background as a plumbing and heating installer, ventilation technician, or refrigeration technician.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and servicing of all technical building systems, in particular installation and systems for water/heating/ventilation/sanitary/refrigeration
• Coordination and support of mandatory inspections
• Routine inspections (walk-throughs) of building services installations
• Supervision of woodchip heating systems
• Initiation of necessary repairs and execution of installations

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship), technical school, or a comparable qualification
• Manual skills and several years of relevant professional experience are an advantage
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Resilience and reliability
• Flexibility and team spirit
