Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an Implant Maintenance Engineer in Lenzburg, Switzerland, to ensure the reliable performance of our ion implanter systems.

You will develop and execute comprehensive maintenance plans, collaborating with engineers and technicians to enhance reliability and efficiency. You will optimize spare parts management, coordinate with production, and work with the Process Support Group to resolve process and tool issues.

Competenze

• Advanced degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years in maintenance engineering, ideally ion implanter focus.
• Experience planning, implementing and optimizing maintenance strategies.
• Proficient with IMPLANT systems such as Applied Materials 9500/XR200 and Varian VIISTA.
