Zusammenfassung

Infineon Technologies Graz is seeking a student trainee to support project management activities across the full project life-cycle. You will work closely with the Project Manager and team to help plan, track, and document deliverables.

The role requires a university student in technical or business fields, strong Excel skills (macros and automation), familiarity with AI tools, and proactive, precise collaboration with stakeholders. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Key responsibilities in your new role

You are working closely together with the Project Manager, the Project Team and the Line Management along the whole project life-cycle. You will take care of a variety of tasks such as:

• Planning: Update and maintain project plans, plan tasks, and track progress as advised by the Project Manager
• Access Control: Handle configuration and access management for project assets
• Coordination: Organize internal and external meetings and manage logistics
• Deliverables: Prepare presentations, evaluations, and reports as assigned by the Project Manager
• Cost Control: Analyze project cost data, prepare cost reports, and provide data to stakeholders
• Administration: Support resource and cost planning, maintain data in project management tools, and manage information in Confluence

Further Information:

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (minimum 20 hours per week; flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Duration: min. 18 months

• Education: Student at a university or university of applied sciences in technical fields (e.g., electrical engineering, telematics, informatics, automation, digitalization) or economic fields (e.g., business administration, industrial management)
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including macros and automation, plus basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
• Working Style: Proactive, precise, and structured with strong ownership; able to work independently and in a team, reach out to stakeholders, and suggest improvements
• Nice to Have: Studies combining technical and economic aspects, and experience in project management and related tools
• Language Skills: Fluent English; German is a plus
