Erste Group Bank AG sucht eine engagierte Praktikantin bzw. Praktikanten im Bereich Controlling Analysis innerhalb der Group Performance Management.

Sie unterstützen die Entwicklung und Pflege von Reporting-Lösungen und Dashboards mit Tableau und arbeiten an Datenaufbereitung in Databricks. Sie befinden sich im fortgeschrittenen Studium (Finance/Controlling/Data Analytics) und bringen analytische Stärke sowie gute MS Office-Kenntnisse mit.

Qualifications

• Analytische Denkweise und Interesse an Reporting/Performance-Management

Responsibilities

• Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Wartung und Verbesserung von Reporting-Lösungen und Dashboards mit Tableau
• Mitwirkung bei Datenaufbereitung, Validierung und Analyse in Databricks und anderen Plattformen
• Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen und Geschäftsberichten

Controlling Analysis is part of Erste Group's Group Performance Management division and serves as the central point of expertise for Group-wide performance measurement methodology and reporting. The department is responsible for defining, maintaining and enhancing controlling methodologies and ensuring the consistent application of performance measurement standards across Erste Group, including in BI environment. In close collaboration with Controlling units throughout the Group, team supports strategic decision-making through reporting, analysis and continuous enhancement of data and reporting solutions.

Your Tasks

• Support the development, maintenance and enhancement of reporting solutions and dashboards using Tableau and other reporting tools
• Assist in data preparation, validation and analysis activities in Databricks and other data platforms
• Support colleagues in the preparation of management presentations and business reports for various stakeholders across Erste Group
• Contribute to impact assessments, ad-hoc analyses and testing activities related to new reporting requirements, methodologies and reporting solutions

Your Background

• Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Informatics or a related field
• Strong analytical mindset and interest in data analysis, reporting and business performance management
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Tableau, SQL, Databricks or similar data and reporting tools is considered an advantage
• Good communication skills and fluent English, enabling you to work effectively within an international environment
