Job summary

Erste Digital GmbH offers an internship position focused on analytics and data-driven decision support within Erste Group. You will create reports, perform analyses, and develop SQL queries to support statutory reporting while collaborating with business stakeholders and developers.

A strong banking background and language fluency in German and English are essential. The program runs 12 months with 20-30 hours per week, offering a competitive internship salary based on academic level.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences (FH) program, preferably in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Banking and Finance, or related field.
• Good understanding of relational databases and hands-on experience with SQL.
• Good understanding of the banking business as such.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• A curious mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement.
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and delivering high-quality results.

• We offer you a varied part‑time internship position (20-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of 3267,00€ for Bachelor Students or 3400,00€ for Master Students (gross per month on a full‑time basis) is offered.
