INNIO Group in Jenbach, Austria, offers a 6‑month full‑time internship in Digital Transformation Project Management. The first 3 months are on‑site, with a hybrid option (up to 50% remote) afterward. You will support Project Managers in planning, tracking progress, preparing reports, and helping implement a portfolio management tool.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS or related field (ongoing or completed).
• Strong numerical/financial affinity.
• Passionate about project management.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Austria work authorization required (non-EU: include authorization form).

Aufgaben

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of digital transformation initiatives and software projects.
• Prepare status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing project information, progress, and trends.
• Support POR requests for large initiatives and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.
• Assist in introducing and rolling out a portfolio management tool within the Digital Transformation environment.
• Administer and maintain the portfolio management tool with data quality, user support, and reporting.
• Track project progress and maintain transparency on timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Assist in documenting project-related processes and features; help create user guides and training materials.
• Help improve ways of working, standards, and tools within the DT Project Management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.
