Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years of legal experience with international cross‑border matters.
• Experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Experience handling intellectual property matters.
• Experience coordinating external counsel.
• Ability to work independently and build legal processes.
• Fluent Russian and high‑level English, able to review contracts.

Aufgaben

• Provide day‑to‑day legal support across corporate, commercial, IP and international matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; advise on legal risks.
• Support cross‑border matters across US, UK, EU and other jurisdictions.
