Lindt & Sprüngli invites recent graduates to join a 24-month global Marketing trainee program based in Kilchberg, Switzerland. You will rotate across markets to gain holistic marketing experience from global strategy to local execution, including consumer insights and digital marketing.

During the program you will analyze markets, assist with product and packaging development, and help translate global guidelines for local markets.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Marketing or MBA from a leading university.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in marketing (internships, student projects) in FMCG preferred.
• Geographically mobile and comfortable in an international environment.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
