Job summary

MacroArray Diagnostics GmbH is seeking a communications professional to coordinate internal communications across intranet, newsletters and events. You will work independently with the Head of BrandComms, aligning with People & Culture and Digital Operations to deliver content and formats.

You have 3-5 years in internal communications, hands-on event planning, and professional proficiency in German and English.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications, employee communications or change communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage editorial planning, content production and publication across intranet, newsletters, blogs and e-magazine within agreed channel priorities.
• Prepare clear and timely communications for colleagues across lab, production, sales, field teams and administration.
• Coordinate and deliver internal formats such as MADx Inspires, Lunch & Learn and Science Days with People & Culture.
• Translate topics into clear internal communications with senior managers and works council where relevant.
• Bring employer brand content into the organisation with Brand Manager and People & Culture.
• Provide editorial perspective and support development of the intranet with the Digital Operations Advisor.
• Brief, coordinate and quality review agencies and freelancers within budgets and guidelines.
• Monitor reach and effectiveness through channel analytics and employee feedback.
