Job summary

ISG Personalmanagement GmbH in Vienna is seeking an imaginative Innovation Lead to shape new formats for healthcare learning and pharma engagement. You will own concepts from idea to final product, collaborating with sales, design and production partners.

You are great at turning ideas into reality, sketching, storyboarding, and using AI tools to prototype content. Travel to international oncology and hematology congresses is expected, with a small, international team behind you.

Qualifications

• Imaginative and commercially minded with pharma experience.
• Ability to sketch, storyboard, and prototype concepts.
• Experience presenting to senior pharma stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Imagine and develop new formats across live events, video, audio, digital and print.
• Make ideas tangible by sketching, storyboarding and prototyping content using AI.
• Put concepts in front of people by joining meetings and tests with stakeholders.
• Launch new products and see them delivered by the team.
• Collect inspiration from emerging formats and tech.
