Job summary

Mental Health Group seeks an imaginative and commercially minded Innovation Lead to develop new formats for healthcare education and pharma engagement. From concept to final product, you will shape the story, visuals and client pitches, working with our sales team, designers and production partners.

You will work with a global team, travel to international congresses, and help grow AI-driven learning experiences for healthcare professionals across Europe, the UK and the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharma/biotech education or engagement.
• Ability to present ideas to senior pharma stakeholders.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Imagine and develop new formats across live events, video, audio, digital and print.
• Make ideas tangible with sketches, storyboards and prototypes using AI tools.
• Present concepts to congresses, meetings and clients to refine them.
• Launch finished products and coordinate with sales, design and production teams.
• Gather inspiration from new formats and technologies inside and outside healthcare.
