Bybit EU, based in Vienna, seeks an experienced ICT Incident Manager to detect, manage, and report on ICT and encryption incidents. You will implement business continuity plans, coordinate global incident response, and ensure regulatory-compliant communications for EU operations.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in financial services with regulatory exposure (DORA a plus), strong ITSM skills, and fluency in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in financial services with regulatory knowledge, including DORA exposure.
• Experience with incident management tools and ITSM.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, operations, and crypto industry.
• Projects implementation and management experience.
• Strong learning, communication, and independent problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Detect, address, and resolve ICT-related incidents to minimize disruptions.
• Develop, implement, and manage ICT incident communication strategies.
• Implement ICT continuity and response plans, including crisis drills.
• Handle encryption-related incidents, ensuring policy compliance and resilience.
• Detect, escalate, document incidents, and coordinate responses to prevent recurrence.
• Manage communications for incidents and regulatory-relevant announcements for EU operations.
• Ensure timely, accurate information dissemination to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and assist in the global ICT Incident and Communication practice.
• Support additional IT duties as assigned by EU CISO.
