Job summary

Computer Futures in Vienna, Austria seeks a Head of Identity & Access Management to lead enterprise IAM strategy and teams. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on security expertise, driving SSO, MFA, governance, and Zero Trust across the organisation.

You will collaborate with Security, Architecture and IT groups to deliver scalable identity platforms and modern security practices. The position offers an international environment, flexible working model including up to 50% home

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading IAM or cyber security teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of SSO, MFA, and Federation.
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and RBAC.
• Experience with Zero Trust concepts and modern IAM architectures.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development and optimization of IAM services.
• Design solutions for Authentication, Authorization, Federation, and Governance.
• Support scalable IAM platforms and identity architectures.
• Enhance identity lifecycle management and entitlement processes.
• Promote Zero Trust and modern Identity Security principles.
• Collaborate with Security, Infrastructure, App, and Architecture teams.
