Computer Futures in Vienna, Austria seeks a Head of Identity & Access Management to lead enterprise IAM strategy and teams. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on security expertise, driving SSO, MFA, governance, and Zero Trust across the organisation.

You will collaborate with Security, Architecture and IT groups to deliver scalable identity platforms and modern security practices. The position offers an international environment, flexible working model including up to 50% home

Head of Identity & Access Management (m/w/d)

For a leading international organization, we are seeking an experienced Lead for Identity & Access Management to help shape and evolve enterprise-wide identity security capabilities.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in IAM, Identity Security, Authentication, Authorization, Access Governance, and Federation. The position has a strong technical mindset but the main focus will be leading the people in the right direction, strategic thinking, and driving modern IAM initiatives with your team.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive the development and optimization of Identity & Access Management services


• Design and improve solutions for Authentication, Authorization, Federation, and Access Governance


• Support the implementation of scalable IAM platforms and identity architectures


• Enhance identity lifecycle management, role modelling, and entitlement processes


• Contribute to the adoption of Zero Trust and modern Identity Security principles


• Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Application, and Architecture teams


• Support automation and transformation initiatives across the IAM landscape

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Identity & Access Management, Identity Security, or Cyber Security


• Hands-on knowledge of SSO, MFA, Federation, Access Governance, RBAC, and Identity Lifecycle Management


• Understanding of modern IAM architectures and Zero Trust concepts


• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders


• Previous leadership or people management experience is an absolut plus and will be seen


• Project leadership or mentoring experience


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
