Sportradar AG in Vienna is seeking a Lead IAM Expert to define and steer the strategic direction of data-centric security. In this leadership role, you will manage a high-performing team, ensuring alignment of the data classification and protection strategy with company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cybersecurity, data security, and governance with leadership maturity. You’ll work closely with corporate technology and product environments to uplift data protection and governance across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focused on data security.
• Strong knowledge of data classification models and lifecycle management.
• Experience with DSPM concepts and tooling, as well as cloud security.

• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals.
• Define and execute the company’s data security strategy.
• Oversee implementation of Data Security Posture Management capabilities.
