Job summary

Erste Group is seeking a Retail Business Development Manager (all genders) to drive growth in Retail Payments and Cards across the network. You will develop and implement performance strategies, analyze data, and harmonize practices with the Retail strategy, including digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in an international leadership role in the field of Retail business and particularly in payments and cards business.
• Strong understanding of Retail business in CEE Region and project management skills.
• Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them.
• A service-oriented and transformational mindset with the willingness to drive Erste Group’s retail innovation area to functional excellence.
• A strong experience in collaborating with C-Levels (board) and various internal & external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, any other CEE language is of advantage.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing performance strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address development opportunities.
• Harmonizing group-wide best practices, aligning payments and cards to overall Retail strategy and facilitating the implementation of digital solutions throughout the whole Retail payments area.
• Monitoring market performance & providing input for improving the overall business development.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, customers and employees.
