Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
2-5 years in quality control or analytical laboratory role.
Proficiency in analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, Titration, Spectroscopy).

Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses on materials and products.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with calibration.
Interpret results against established specifications.
Identify process deviations and escalate.
Collaborate with process engineers and production staff to investigate root causes.
Develop and validate new analytical methods.
Maintain organized laboratory records and reports.
Prepare reports summarizing findings and trends.
Ensure GLP and safety compliance.
Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement.
