Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Switzerland seeks an on-site leader for GIS installation across sub-transmission and transmission networks (110 kV–550 kV). You will oversee on-site installation, maintenance and repair activities and ensure quality through inspections and test protocols.

You will assess project risks, implement mitigation measures and coordinate all workforce activities on site, acting as the interface between end customers, subcontractors and project management.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical or mechanical education with at least 3 years of experience in GIS installation and commissioning.
• Practical experience with SF₆ gas handling and DILO systems is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 80% across Europe
• Openness to multicultural working environments
• Good physical condition to work at heights
• Flexible and resilient team player
• Leadership experience
• Confident command of English
• German is an advantage
• Valid work permit for Europe is required
